Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Pulse by BigBoost ("Pulse"), a service run by BigBoost, Chennai, India ("we", "us"). By connecting a store or receiving the Pulse brief, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
What Pulse does
Pulse reads data from the Shopify store and ad accounts you connect, sends a daily summary on WhatsApp, and answers questions you send about your store. Pulse only reads; it does not change anything in your store or ad accounts.
Beta
Pulse is in beta and free while in beta. Features may change, and we may pause or end the beta. We will tell you before any paid plan starts; paid plans will only start if you choose one.
Your account
- You must have the authority to connect the store and ad accounts you connect, and to add the WhatsApp numbers you add.
- You are responsible for who receives the brief. Only add numbers of people who should see your store's numbers, and remove them when they no longer should.
- Keep your dashboard login to yourself and your team.
Your data
Your store's data stays yours. You give us permission to read and process it only to run Pulse for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect accounts or ask us to delete your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pulse to break the law or the terms of Shopify, Meta, Google or WhatsApp, to try to access another merchant's data, or to overload or reverse engineer the service.
Numbers and answers
Pulse reports the numbers your connected platforms give it and explains what changed. It is a tool to help you decide, not financial, legal or tax advice. Platforms sometimes report late or revise their numbers, and AI-written notes can be wrong, so check anything important in the platform itself before acting on it.
Availability
We aim to send the brief every morning, but delivery depends on Shopify, Meta, Google and WhatsApp, and there may be delays or missed days. We are not responsible for losses caused by a late, missing or incorrect brief or answer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pulse is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Pulse in the 12 months before the claim. During the free beta, that amount is zero.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app, disconnecting your accounts or asking us to stop. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. When use ends, we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
